Tours and Accommodation FAQ
It is a group deposit collected in local currency from all tour participants and managed by your Travel Coordinator. It is used for any group payments for non-included activities, petrol, and non-included transport. Rather than collecting money each time a group payment is required, having a group deposit to pull from speeds things up! You Coordinator will clearly communicate and track all group payments so you are fully aware of where your money is going. If at the end of the trip there is any money left, it will be split up equally and returned to you.
How does Regis Travel work? FAQ
Unfortunately not, currently our itineraries are not "animal-friendly" and therefore it is not possible to take our pets on a trip with us But don't worry, we will see many animals wandering around nature, and who knows, maybe in the future we will create an ad hoc itinerary ... Stay Tuned
Flights to and from your start and end destination are not included in the cost of a tour. In this way, you can choose your favourite airline, departure airport, and arrival time. A lot of travellers prefer to arrive a few days before the tour start date, or leave a couple of days after the end of the tour. This gives you total control and flexibility!
We cater to travellers between 25 to 49 years old. We have two different group ages, 25-35 and 35-49. On our website, you can find the range age for any tours. If a tour doesn't have an age range, you are likely the first to book and will define the age grouping of the tour!
Each trip is different and includes different services. Usually, it includes: accommodation, internal transport (on some tours we include 4 internal flights!), 24/7 Travel Coordinator support, in some itineraries we offer all breakfasts, and different excursions! You will find the details about what's included (and excluded) in each tour description page.
We have plenty of departure dates throughout the year for almost every itinerary. Usually, we put dates online before we leave so you can book early and save on flights!
